Waitlist & Cancellation Policy
We are honored to have you participate in the journey of conscious and spiritual expansion, healing and transformation. We are committed to ensuring the integrity and sovereignty of this annual event for all participants and to hold the greatest space of love, kindness and compassion.
We will have 12 spaces open on the waitlist once capacity has been filled. To reserve your spot on the waitlist, a 50% deposit is required with your registration. We will notify you within 24 hours of the availability. You then are responsible for confirming your registration and providing the remaining balance within 24 hours of your notification. Should you not respond within that time, the spot will be made available to the next person. Should a spot not become available for you, your Deposit will be refunded in FULL.
As such we recognize that there are unexpected and unplanned events that can occur in our lives. To everything there is a perfect Divine Time, Divine Synchronicity and Divine Flow. In honoring the integrity of this event and for all participants the following Cancellation Policy will be applied.
Should the unforeseen occur, you may request a refund for your purchase up to August 15, 2021. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. You may also transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at the email address provided below so that we may provide the necessary information and registration forms.
You may also transfer your ticket to next year’s event and the total amount will be applied. You will receive a confirmation email for Wild Women And Magic 2022.
Due to planning, our Agreement with the onsite facility, scholarship nominations and waitlist, ALL ticket cancellations AFTER August 15, 2021 will be forfeit. However, you will still have the option to transfer your ticket to another individual or hold-over for next year’s event.
